My philosophy behind training is 'Build a Body That Can'.
That means focussing on what your amazing body can do, and building on that. Not just trying to be a certain number or size.
What matters is what you can do what you believe you can do.
That’s why my approach is different from what you might expect. It’s not just exercises to make you tired and sweaty. It’s about consistently making you better. That’s what will give you your results.
Getting healthy shouldn’t be a punishing process. Training harder isn't always better. I'm not an army instructor that shouts and beasts you, or makes you go on FAD ‘detox diets’.
Together we can find exercise that challenges you but that you enjoy, a diet you can stick to that gets results and get you living a lifestyle that makes you happy and healthy!
