Frequently Asked Questions

What if i'm not fit enough?

This is a really common thought to have but remember, everyone starts somewhere.  With the right programme and coaching you will only improve. So wherever your start point is, we'll make you better.

I've got a DODGY ....

Injuries happen, it's a fact of life. Personal training can be a part of the rehab process (even if it was a long time ago) but depending on what has happened I will refer to local specialists or your doctor first so I can help you in the best way possible.

What if i can’t make a session?

I understand that life happens and sometimes things have to change. I do have a policy in place which you will be sent with my medical questionnaire but I'll always try to be as flexible as possible so you don't miss out.

How do I pay?

Depending on the service I offer block payments and also direct debits through Gocardless (which are a UK based firm that handles payments so I don't need your details). Quick, easy and secure!

How do I get started?

Simply get in touch, if I can help then I will send you the relevant online lifestyle and medical forms. For Personal Training we can chat through and have a taster session to complete your consult, or for Booty Squad book your Essentials Session.

What do I get?

You'll receive my Welcome magazine at our initial taster session or consultation which will tell you more about what to expect from me.

Once you've become an Incredible, you will then get your own Results Journal to track progress, goal setting and much more! You'll also be added to my private Facebook group for support, accountability and a few recipes.

For Personal Training clients you'll have your taster session and consultation from which i'll be able to put together your programme to get you to your goal! If you've signed up to Booty Squad the Essentials session will kickstart your journey with the group.

What kind of training do you do?

I don't tie myself to one style of training because everyone is different. I use a combination of progressive strength work, fitness and conditioning along with mobility, Yoga and skill work to get you in shape and build a body that can. Kettlebells, bodyweight, TRX, battle ropes, sled work, resistance bands and barbell work are just some of the tools that I use to get my clients results so you won't get bored either ;)

I'm not sure Personal Training is for me?

Personal Training isn't about me counting reps, telling you to eat lettuce, chicken and rice 6 times a day or have no fun. I design a programme that takes all of you and your challenges into account and provide guidance so you've less to worry about!
