Female only small group training programme for girls who want to have fun, tone up, get fitter and stronger but don't want to do it on their own.
This is not an ordinary bootcamp where you’re just beasted till you can't move. The training is elegantly designed so anyone can get started and achieve great results, tweaking things along the way to suit your body. Booty Squad will help build a better body that can move better, feel fitter, stronger with its combination of resistance training, fitness work, and even elements of yoga.
