Before i worked with Pete i struggled to find the time to put time aside to exercise. Pete helped me get a good
routine and stay accountable.

I also learned a lot about nutrition. Now I know I don’t necessarily have to starve myself to lose weight. It was also great to have advise for which supplements were worth my time and money as it can be very confusing.


It was very satisfying to see progress from when i started and good increases in the weight i could lift, working my way beyond my bodyweight in squats and deadlifts in particular was great.

Main Goals:

Improve running for Blackpool Marathon, Improve her time and stop glute pain

I felt excited to start the training but was a bit apprehensive about what I would learn/achieve compared to having Personal Training in the gym with the vast range of equipment and machines. I was amazed at all the exercises taught without any machines and the best thing is that they can be done at home.

Pete helped me by teaching me some easy warm up and stretching exercises which have helped with the pain I would get after a run.

I struggled with diet (carb loading) and taking water when running. Pete's advice helped me to make these changes effectively and are now part of my routine.

All the exercises learnt have improved my running and can now incorporate them as part of future training without any fancy equipment which is really important.

It is worth having Personal Training by Incredible Health because it not only helped me achieve my goals but also enabled changes to my lifestyle which have helped my fitness/future goals. The sessions were fun and everything learnt can be done at home as no fancy machines are used as they are in the gym. I learnt why each exercise was done and how it would help towards my goal which helps to understand the PT session

I started Booty Squad just over a month ago with low self-esteem in hope that I could build a bit more confidence and become healthier in the process. It certainly has not let me down! It exceeded all my expectations! Pete is a great instructor, helping me with any of my struggles whether that be during a session or when I'm having a difficult time resisting tempting food! I've met a wonderful bunch of ladies, all whilst building my confidence and losing a few inches too! Highly recommended.
