I really value your privacy so this policy goes through what data I receive, what it's used for and your rights. Incredible Health is committed to protecting your data and handling it responsibly. By using any services provided by Incredible Health, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this privacy policy.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
- The contact information you provide to me when you sign up to a service or enquire about our services.
- PAR-Q and other data required in order to provide a training and nutrition coaching service.
- Information I collect via cookies and related technology including but not limited to any information required for your devices to communicate with my website and training program data on the internet see my cookies policy below for more information.
I may also monitor, record, store and use communications I have with you to improve the quality of my service, to confirm any instructions you give me, for training and nutrition coaching purposes and / or to provide you with support.
How may I use your information?
As a client I process your information under the following legal basis:
Contract – for provision of my services pursuant to contract with a health professional
As a client I need your information in order to fulfil the contract for the provision of the service you have or are intending to purchase. Health data is processed under article 9 (2) category (f) for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or whenever courts are acting in their judicial capacity. This includes but is not limited to completion of a PAR-Q (Physical activity readiness questionnaire), health and lifestyle questionnaire, food diaries, biometric measurements and anything that is necessary for me to fulfil my duties and meet my insurers requirements as a personal trainer and nutrition coach.
Consent – for marketing my services
Should I wish to use any data for marketing purposes this will be with the written consent of clients. This will detail how I would like to use their information and be sought prior to using such information.
How is your data secured?
Data is secured with multiple layers of security. If anyone wishes to have more details in relation to this level of security please do ask, for obvious reasons I am not publicising this on here.
How long is your data kept?
I am legally required by the Statute of limitation to store PARQ information for 7 years after you cease to train with me after which your information shall be deleted. All other data will be deleted within 14 days after you cease to train with me.
Access to data
Clients can access their data only by requesting this access in person with me.
How may we share your information?
Anonymised data may be shared with professional advisors and educators, to enable me to improve my service delivery or if there is a legitimate medical reason to do so with another medical professional. Software used by our business or utilised for the purpose of providing the client services all claim they are GDPR compliant so your data is appropriately protected by them.
Keeping your data up to date
You may request to see the information we hold and have it corrected or deleted at any time. You can do this by contacting Peter Ferguson via pete@Incrediblehealthpreston.com. You can expect that we will retain personal information for a reasonable period following an enquiry.
