Description

This is a female only, small group training programme for girls who want to have fun, tone up, get fitter and stronger but don't want to do it on their own. You get nutrition guidance, support in my client group and monthly measurements to maximise your progress.

This is no ordinary bootcamp where you’re just beasted till you can't move. The training is elegantly designed so anyone can get started and achieve great results, tweaking things along the way to suit your body. Booty Squad will help build a better body that can move better, feel fitter, stronger with its combination of resistance training, fitness work, and even elements of yoga.

What do I get?

  • A kickstart session to make the most of the 8 weeks & be coached

    through the basics of some exercises before you join the group

  • Smaller group sessions so you don’t feel lost and progress quicker 

  • Recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner so you’re spoilt for choice 

  • Printed results journal to track your progress and keep you accountable 

  • Suitable for all ability levels, I’ll help coach you from where you are now

  • Female only sessions so you don’t feel as self conscious 

  • Train 1-3 times per week

  • Private Facebook group for all clients to get support

  • 25% discount for additional 1-2-1 Nutrition coaching
