Do you want to have a coach exclusively to yourself, whilst enjoying the benefit of not having to wait for any equipment in a busy gym? Together, with a plan based on your lifestyle you'll get all the tools, guidance and support you need to achieve your goal.

What do i get?

  • A training programme built around your goals based on your initial consultation with me
  • Nutrition advice and education to help you get the results that your hard work deserves
  • Printed Results Journal to track your progress and give you information on your programme
  • 1-2-1 check-ins via email and phone based around what you need and to keep you accountable
  • An interactive Facebook group with other clients to provide some group accountability and support. It's a private space where you can all share tips, experiences and ask questions as you all progress through your journey.
